One letter. One five-minute video. One small pivot a week, with a room of women doing the same work. Done before your makeup is. Open every day, $147 a quarter.

Not sure yet? Start on the porch. It's free, and the chair's already there.

You've built the life you were supposed to want. Let's find the one you do.

Let's be real. You don't need more information. You need a place to do the work, one small piece at a time, with someone reflecting your story back to you instead of handing you a template.

You've tried the planner, the podcast, the book club that turned into wine and venting. Your friends are lovely and stuck in the exact same spot, so the conversation circles and nothing moves.

You read the Tuesday letter. You nod. You screenshot the line. And by Thursday the week has eaten it, and you're back to reacting to whatever's loudest.

Sound familiar?

More confident. More direct. Doing things because you want to, and the things that make you happy have a day and a time. Not perfectly. On purpose.

You're on your own calendar

3
MONTH

Small. A rain check taken. An hour on the calendar with your name on it. A boundary said out loud. You bring it to the room and somebody says "me too."

You make one real change

2
MONTH

One letter, one short video, one practice a week. You stop consuming and start noticing: the script, the yes you didn't mean, the thing your body's been saying.

You hear yourself think

1
MONTH

This isn't more to do. It's one thing, done.

The toolkit. On the 15th of every month, Monthly Resources: a guide to that month's pillar and the resources I'd hand you across a table. Ten years of tools, in one place, still growing. And all of Season 1, unlocked the day you join.

The room. A private community on Heartbeat. No algorithm, no scroll, no strangers. #the-inner-work, one prompt a month, and I read every answer. #ask-mary, where you bring your question and I answer it in a video.

Your Tuesday. The letter lands at 7. When you have a minute, come inside for a short video from me (five minutes, often less), the deeper lesson, and one practice for the week. An exhale, not homework.

One lesson. One room. Every Tuesday.

The year on purpose. Your real new year, and the list you'll write for it. Then February, Body: you're not broken, you're under-watered. March, Work: you're not drowning, you're stacked, and you get to be the client. Then we go around again, deeper.

January · On Purpose

Permission to want a different kind of December. Hope, gratitude, what it's all for.

December · Spirit

Your people, the table, saying what you need before the resentment does.

November · Connection

The stories in your head before the holidays start. Inherited scripts, and taking the pen back.

October · Mind

Six pillars. One a month.

The Holiday Challenge is separate. It's not included.

You want the room to do the work. It won't.

You're keeping the life you have. Fair enough.

You want a five-day fix or a viral hack.

This isn't for you if

You'd rather have a small room than a big audience.

You'll give it ten minutes a week and do the one small thing.

You believe change is possible for you.

You look put together. You're quietly running on empty.

This is for you if

The details

I'm a Women's Mental Health Advisor, and I write The Tuesday Pivot, a weekly letter about small pivots toward an authentic, intentional life.

For over a decade I've sat across from women who look like they have it all together and are running on empty. The pattern is always the same: a calendar full of everyone else, a body that's been talking for years, and a woman who hasn't been asked what she wants since she was about twenty-two.

I built The Intentional Life because a letter can start the work, but it can't finish it. That takes a room. A small one, where the same women show up week after week, where I can reflect your actual story back to you instead of a template, and where a decade of what I've watched work, for me and for the women I've sat with, is finally in one place. Yours.

I'll be honest with you. I'll also be on your side. Both, every time.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access through the end of the quarter you've paid for. No refunds on the quarter, no hoops to cancel.

Can I cancel?

Then you're a week behind, not out. Every lesson stays up. Pick up where you are.

What if I fall behind?

No. Read, watch, try the practice, and stay quiet as long as you like. I work hard to keep this room a safe place to be honest, and every woman in it is here for the same reason you are. You never have to post. You'll probably want to.

Do I have to post?

Community, encouragement, collaboration, and creativity. A weekly touchpoint with me, and a room of women with the same mindset. The work happens in your life. This is where you find the company to do it.

So what is it, then?

Good. This is a community, not counseling, and it works alongside whatever support you already have. If you ever need more than a room can give, I'll say so and help you find it.

Already in therapy?

The porch is free: the letter, a few tools, one question a month, and a place to sit. The membership is the whole house: the weekly video and lesson, #the-inner-work, #ask-mary, Monthly Resources, and all of Season 1.
